Low viscosity bituminous primer for use on porous surfaces before remedial roof treatment, including pour and roll and torch-on felt applications.

• Primer can be applied to a wide variety of substrates including metal, concrete, asbestos cement etc. It can be applied to damp but not wet surfaces.
• Due to the nature of the solvent used, it will dry rapidly after application.
